Prices above are per night based on standard occupancy and include a full English breakfast and VAT.
Children under 2 sleeping in a travel cot are free.
A valid Credit/Debit card is required at the time of booking to secure the room(s).
The first night payment is required in advance to confirm the booking. The outstanding balance is due on departure and can be paid of of the following methods; Sterling Cash, Personal UK Cheque's with a Guarantee Card up to the limit on the card, Debit/Credit Cards.
We accept Maestro, Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We do not charge a supplement for payment by Credit/Debit card.
We do not accept one night bookings on a weekend at any time of the year. Single night bookings on week days are subject to availability and only accepted after direct contact with the Bay Tree Guest House.
Easter weekend and the Ebor race meeting are a minimum stay of 3 nights.
